Everything exists in the quantum field, all posibilites of what could have been and could be exist as information in the field. As our consciousness begins to experience physical life and pave it's way through the quantum field by taking every day choices, we materialize variety of timelines. For each of us there is one "preferred" path - we call it "highest, most aligned timeline". This is the path our soul designed and desired to walk for this specific lifetime - to learn, to grow, to experience - all that is relevan for your soul's individual journey through lifetimes. The remembrance of this path lives within us, it speaks to us and calls us in through deepest dreams and desires, through greatest passions and longings, through the cravings of the heart. It is always available to us, but we must learn to find it, and learn to walk it. This is exactly what we will learn today - what virtues are needed to find this path and fully embrace it, for the most profound life experience.

how to find the path?
It seems so easy - follow your desired, follow what comes with ease. This is the ultimate recipe for life that we received from Bashar: "act on your highest excitement, to the best of your abilities, with no expectation of an outcome". But once we stand in front of a decision, and it seems it is something we deeply desire - how do we know this desire belongs to the soul, and not the ego? How do we know what is stopping us from taking the move is our intuition, and not fear?
Today, I want to give you three things that you can do, to never doubt which direction to take to reach alignment:

1. Separate the EGO from the Soul
We are a unique blend of our human (the ego/the mind) and the awareness behind it. The awareness is the observer, what we sometimes call 'the soul', the separated and sovereign part of Source Consciousness that experiences physical life. The soul remembers, the soul is always connected to Source. The soul is grateful, the soul is everything and it needs nothing. The soul knows the path, and it does not know fear because it is sovereign and it is free - not bound by conditioning, stories, labels, the matrix. The soul is fearless because it is eternal, it remembers this life is only a temporary illusion. The soul trusts that what is in alignment with the path, will find its way. So, how do we connect to this energy? We break open the ego. Through "inner work", "shadow work", "self reflection", "awakening" or however you like to call it - it is nothing more than sitting with yourself, facing your human and the story it has created, constantly asking the question "WHY?". Why do I feel the way I feel? Why do I react the way I react? Why am I bothered by what I am bothered? Why am I triggered by what I am triggered? No shame, no blame, no fear, no judgement - neutral observation and analysis. The ego is always build on conditioned and non-objective circumstances: the times, the society, the family, the country, the belief system of people around, etc. We must fully understand where each feeling, thought, fear, desire or belief comes from, to understand the ego.

2. Know and accept the self
To become sovereign and free, like the soul, we must release the influence of external world and summon our strength from within. We must release the conditioning (society, believes, family, matrix, etc) and free ourselves from it's influence, and the best way to resist the influence of others is knowledge of oneself. Actually, deep knowledge of oneself is the first step, the second one is acceptance. Know your human, know your shadows, know your fears, know your traumas, know your stories, know your illusions - and learn to love it. Love and accept yourself for who you are, just the way you are. Often people say that spirituality is about becoming the best version of yourself, but that's not accurate. Spirituality is remembering that the love you constantly receive from Source and your own higher self is unconditional, there is nothing you need to do or change - you are always the perfect version of your human, at each given moment. The transformation doesn't come from change, but from remembrance. You are not learning new traits, but summoning your inner life force, your soul essence, that through this "self work" can shine bright without being dimmed or blocked by the fearful ego. When you know the story of your human to its very depths, and you stop shaming it for it - magic unfolds. With full knowledge and acceptance of your human, you can start a beautiful and pure collaboration with the higher self, allowing it to lead the way.
3. Deep body connection
So, You have carved out the ego, understood it and accepted it - now you know how to manage it. Now you need to understand that the communication between the higher self and the human self happens through the body. Your sacred vessel, the home for your consciousness, the temple of Source - your human body is the bridge between the realms, the receiver of all messages and signals. You are your own channel. That is why it is so important to develop a profound soul-body-mind connection, and ensure your body is pure and of high vibration. Otherwise the signals that come through the sensations of the body and the intuition will not feal clear. Think about it as you think about an actual home - space where you life. If its maintained clean, organized, every item has it's place, it's beautifully decorated, respected and cared for - your existence in it becomes pleasurable and easy. You can relax and release, you can find what you are looking for, daily tasks become easy. It is a same principle with your body. When you hold you life force energy within, not allowing leakage, you can use it for your benefit and alignment. When you listen to your body and provide it with what it needs: safety, rest, nourishment, joy, movement - as it needs it and when it needs it, it raises it's vibration. When you protect it and treat it as a sacred vessel that it is, by being selective about what it consumes, choosing the best only (food, energies, people, conversations, places, music, etc) it becomes a cleared vessel able to receive divine guidance.

how to walk the path
We have discussed how to find the path by separating the Soul that knows the way, from the confused and fearful ego. This is where you start to feel into your path, you start to understand which desires, passions and talents originated from the Soul, what is mean for your becomes clearer. So, let's now discuss how to walk this path? Imagine the path is a corridor, and you are now standing in the middle. There are multiple doors on each side of the corridor, stretching ahead of you. This corridor is your aligned path, and it is connected to the great maze of your life. When you are aligned, connected to your higher self and surrendering to its guidance, you can walk through the corridor with confidence, courage and trust. No rush, no fear - because you know that the right door will open for you what the time is right. All you will need to do, will be to approach it as it opens and walk through it with courage. It will feel easy and effortless, as long as you have mastered the virtue of courage and trust. Now, when you are attached to the ego identity, you are confusing desired of soul and desires and fears of the ego, being in the corridor will feel different, it will feel scary - you will want to impatiently walk through any door to create illusion of movement, without thinking where that doors actually leads. You will be bound by fear or missing out, being alone, loosing time, making mistakes - so you will pound at the door that seems right for you despide the fact it is not opening. You will convince yourself that it takes effort to progress in life, and you will confuse divine blockage with test to prove your perseverance.
Remember, no matter how awakened and self conscious you are, no matter how wide your consciousness expands, the life always remain a mystery. It is a gift to remember, and through this remembrance we connect to the meaning of life, to the great path and to our destiny, but we can never see beyond the next step with certainty. This is why trust in Source and in yourself is key.

the recipe
so what is the recipe to walk through the corridor, ensuring you stay on THE path, the one that was designed for you by your soul for this lifetime? To walk the path of alignment it takes courage, not effort. Read that again. We are thought that good things come to those who fight, but the warrior isn't the one who tries hard, but the one who moves with courage. When you stand in front of an open door - the universe is opening a portal to another level, another opportunity, another dream (this may feel like an actual incoming offer, or the inner pull towards making a move, it may be accompanies by signs, synchronicities, dreams, inner knowing - all depending on your individual life situation and path), walking through should feel easy, it should feel effortless - as long as you stand in frequency of TRUST and COURAGE. The inner knowing that what you are about to do or accept is the right thing for you. Was it really effortless? No, if you interpret effort as self-mastery and inner work. But it should not require a physical effort - the push, the resistance - it should feel right at all times. Now, does it mean there will be no doubt or fear? Not necessarily, life is not black and white and human nature is very complex. There may be still nervousness or doubt coming from residual shadows or lack mentality. To find the way - you go back to your heart, you connect to the courageous and fearless warrior of light that lives in the portal of your heart. He/She knows the way.

accepting the path
We established that knowledge of oneself is necessary to reclaim freedom of spirit and navigate between the should and the ego. You now know that it takes courage, not effort and what is destined for us, on our highest path, will come at peace and easy, once we stop resisting and we surrender to the great mystery of life, and our path. There is yet one more concept to embody - we call it amor fati. When you understand there is a path for you, a path your soul wove for this life, and you dissolved the ego enough to surrender to this path with trust, faith and courage, you must also understand that there will be desires or dreams that will belong to the ego, perhaps without you knowing. You must also accept in the complex maze of life there are dependencies beyond our control - if your path is meant to cross with another, you both must choose to surrender with sovereignty to find your way to each other (destined divine connections). In that knowledge, you train your ego to love your faith, to amor fati, to love and enjoy your human existence every day, regardless of the dreams and the desires of the ego, that can now exist in the background. Life is a gift, no matter what it brings. Every day and every experience is truly neutral, and we have the power to experience it the way we choose to. There may be things you desire, there may be things you long for - people, experiences, emotions, adventures - let them be, but don't allow them to blur the great miracle that human life is. Every day is a gift, accept it with gratitude. It is what it is.

All this usually brings a question to people's minds: so, do we have any control or not? If there is a path destined for us - fated connections, experiences and situations, do we really have a choice? Yes and No. There is a destined path, highest most aligned path, for each of us. In reality, not many reach that path. We are so obsessed with choosing freely and so blinded by our egos, that most people end up taking a different path. Out of human stubbornness. There are milestones and portals that will always appear on our way, but it is us, in our COURAGE, who must choose to walk through those portals. So yes, the highest path is predestined, but you most surely can screw it up :) Are you doomed for this path? I would not say that, after all it is your soul that chose that path for you, as the best possible scenario - many times, beyond your wildest dreams and expectations. Think about this as planning a trip. When you decide to go for a vacation of a lifetime, dream destination - you make a plan, you do your research, you gather information, your prepare what you will need, you book your tickets - you imagine how it will look like, you may plan it to a very small detail, but it will never be the same thing as actually living it. When the travel starts, emotions come in, you experience it fully through the senses of your body, you live it - and as you live that pre-planned travel, unexpected adventures happen, meet cutes, plot twists, small life surprises - the living it is magical, the plan is necessary to makes sure you will travel in the right direction and experience the maximum of your destination, it's a preparation that doesn't take away the freedom of experience and the spontaneity of living it.

This path may not be heaven on earth for all souls. If you are still here, reading this post, chances are it may be indeed heaven on earth for you, why? Because it takes an awakened, "old" and curious soul to be drawn to spaces like this one. On our last lifetimes, when we are ready to remember, we are also ready to release karma (which is a decision, not one that requires time or effort) and are pulled by our dharmic path, the northern light, this is, in fact, the life experience that feels like heaven on earth. Not because we have earned it, but because we are ready to perceive it in such way, and that will pull in miracles towards you. However, sometimes, for some souls, highest path may mean what us, humans, may perceive as life of struggle or path of constant challenges. What I want you to remember is that the highest path will always feel right & effortless. Again, not effortless in a sense of "easy" of "pleasurable". It will just feel right for you - not "right" because you have given up or fear that there is nothing else out there for you, but simply right. Let me present an example to explain: let's say you have someone you need to care for all your life, a disabled child, or a sibling - this may introduce pain into your life or challenges that will never go away, preventing you from perhaps fulfilling some of your dreams or desires, but it will feel like the right thing to do - not because of the guilt or shame of the ego, but the pureness of the heart, everything else will exist in the background. That's why the first point we discussed is so important - recognizing the ego and knowing oneself.

In order to achieve divine union with your counterpart (whether it's your soulmate or your twin flame) you must offer freedom to each other. True divine union cannot be built of frequency of codependency, and although the love is deep and profound, and offers another level of fulfillment in your life, your individual fulfillment cannot be dependent on that love.
True soul connections are incredibly powerful, the frequency of your souls is very similar (for soulmates) if not exactly same (for twin flames), this is why once you meet your counterpart you feel the soul recognition and the magnetic pull towards each other that doesn't come from the ego, but from the soul (how you know the difference? well, soul recognition pushes you to become 'a better person', a purer version of self, through multiple deaths and rebirths, through multiple realizations - it invites you to course correct towards alignment, it allows you to connect with the Creator, no matter how much you resist, you always evolve. Your human existence is now divided between who you were before and after meeting your counterpart, those become two different people).

How does the feminine return freedom to the masculine?
​
As you may already know from my other articles, one of the most important qualities of divine feminine energy is self love. Through her own devotion to the self - the feminine - the portal to higher realms - to God, she expands her consciousness beyond human existence and the physical world. She becomes the high priestess for herself, for her masculine, for her community and for this world. To return freedom to herself and to her masculine, the feminine must become fully sovereign - free of any codependencies, especially those to her divine masculine counterpart, but also codependencies to anything - her family, her dreams, her aspirations, her mission. She must embody the understanding of soul's freedom: 'I am everything I need nothing', my worth is unconditional, thriving is my birthright and I owe nothing to no one.

How does she do that? How does it look like?
Well, the feminine becomes free once she is capable of living a happy, fulfilled, joyful life on her own, without her masculine counterpart. She thrives in life, regardless if he does choose her or not. Her frequency, decisions, state of mind does not depend on his. This goes so much deeper than simply walking away from a man that doesn't choose you, that doesn't respect you or that doesn't reciprocate your energy. This is walking away and understanding that all the sadness, all the pain and all the struggle aren't caused by lack of his love or presence, they are caused by her own shadows. Walking away in the physical world, yet suffering and longing for the masculine will not return his freedom to him. As long as her fulfillment depends on him, she is still codependent, creating a strong energetic karmic cord between them.
Now, feeling fulfilled and thriving in live without your masculine, doesn't mean that you no longer love him, or desire to be together. In true soul connections this desire will never leave you, for as long as you draw breath. But it's essential not to allow this desire to control your life, your emotions and your state of being. The desire must surrender to trust in God, what is yours will find it's way back to you, in divine timing.

Why her suffering and emotional state of being keeps him bind?
Remember, true soul connections go beyond the physical realm. Your situation in 3D is only a small part of the equation. You would have learned from my divine masculine masterclass, that freedom (especially in 3D) is incredibly important for the masculine energy. Subconsciously he always knows that the feminine energy, being the closest thing to God on Earth, holds some level of power over the masculine. The feminine leads in higher realms, the feminine (within and without) is the creation. This is also why, the focus on self for the feminine, liberates both. Now, if you walk away in the physical world, because your masculine is not offering commitment, devotion, respect - you are removing yourself from his physical world, however if you continue to suffer and long for him, his soul will know. Our emotions create energetic cords with other people, low frequency emotions like pain, regrets or longing, create karmic cords. The soul of the masculine will only feel free once it will feel that no matter what choices he would take, they will not influence the path of the feminine. Even if he chooses not to follow the path of divine love, if he chooses another women, she will continue to thrive on her highest path of alignment. Her full sovereignty returns his freedom. ​

How does the masculine return freedom to the feminine?
​
For the masculine energy one of the most important qualities is commitment. How he commits to himself, to his path and to his feminine. Just like the feminine, through self love fulfills her mission on earth, as self love creates a bridge to higher realms, through the portal of her womb, the masculine fulfills his mission through commitment and presence. The masculine energy in this physical world is meant to be the builder, the provider and the protector. Those frequencies cannot exist if you don't commit yourself to you, your path and your feminine - the one who is your personal priestess, and connection to higher realms. Commitment allows stability and security that the masculine is meant to provide. To return freedom to himself, and to his feminine, the masculine must become fully devoted - free of chains of low frequency matrix, bodily pleasures, shadows of the ego - pure devotion to divine path.

How does he do that? How does it look like?
For a very long time the masculine can struggle with low self esteem (especially on the twin flame journey). He defines himself through the prism of his human shadows, of his past choices, and of what happened to him in the past. He walks away from the feminine (whether consciously or subconsciously) thinking that this is how he protects her. He walks away thinking he is not good enough, not worthy of her love, and she would surely be 'better off' without him. This is how he takes away her freedom. Without him knowing, he acts as if she was not capable of taking her own decision. Through this, he not only takes away her freedom of choice, but he places her below him energetically: 'the man knows better what is right'. The masculine becomes free once he is capable of surrendering fully to the intangible of his inner feminine and God.

Why is his choice to leave keeping her bind?
The greatest chain of the masculine is his own mind. His refusal to believe in anything that is not tangible. He is diminishing and disregarding the feminine energy, not only externally (in his counterpart, or other women) but in himself (inner feminine). He does not trust the feminine energy: the chaos, the intuition, the emotion, the heart, the intangible, the blind trust, the inner knowing, the connection to God and higher realms. You must remember that the destined divine feminine is always the highest path for the masculine. Through pushing away his true counterpart, he pushes away God, he chooses lower timeline, he binds himself to physical realm (of the ego), despite the love he feels in his heart. The denial of his love, and the refusal to surrender to it, creates a karmic cord with the feminine.

You would have learned above about the energy flow triangle. The masculine energy will never achieve union (internally and externally) if he doesn't fully acknowledge the equality of the two elements (yin & yang). In twin flame connections, if the masculine walks away in the physical world, despite his deep love and desire for the feminine - he is taking control, he is trying to dominate the course of the destiny, without consulting with the heart - the bridge between realms, the feminine within. The divine union cannot be achieved until the masculine humbles. Until he understands he is not above the feminine, he is not above God, and the tangible world he can perceive with his human body senses, is mealy a small element of the entirety of existence. The divine feminine will always sense his desire to control, she will feel he still fights for that control by resisting the love, and submitting to ego shadows. The soul of the feminine will only feel free once the masculine surrenders to the unknown, and returns to her in the physical to offer himself to her. Not knowing would she accept him, not having any tangible proof of her love, not understanding their connection on the level of the mind - trust and courage above the mind. His full devotion returns her freedom. ​​

This will look different for soulmates and twin flames. If you seek divine love with a soulmate you can walk this path without having have met your soulmate. Each soul has a higher soulmate counterpart, destined to be with them, on their highest most aligned path. Therefore, walking path of alignment being single, you will eventually reach divine union with destined counterpart. Once you meet your soulmate, being in a relationship doesn't guarantee divine union. That is something you must work together towards, once you meet each other. Soulmates can be in a relationship in the physical realm before achieving divine union (or inner union individually). Two soulmates can meet and try to build divine union together, but still fail to find true synergy of souls. This may cause them to eventually separate, or continue together unable to deepen the bond, existing in codependency instead of divine union. It may happen that one soul will choose to continue the path of growth, and the other wont. Then, the one that wishes to grow will have to choose - growth and alignment, over comfort of soulmate relationship, despite lack of divine union. Our hard work gets us to our highest aligned timeline, how that timeline looks like depends on individual soul contracts we have, however it is in fact always, the most fulfilling path a soul can reach.
However, in case of Twin Flames (extremally rare connection, that only fraction of percent of souls incarnating on Earth have) they will not be allowed to be together in the physical world without achieving inner union first, and fully anchoring themselves in their own highest paths, through this they will be naturally pushed towards the divine union in the physical. Once there, they will have to continue to ascend, work on themselves and on their relationship, however the divine union would have been strong enough to persevere, because of the deep inner work they must have done prior.

of Spirituality

Many people these days claim to be spiritual, to walk the path of heeling and becoming better versions of selves. Amongst the noise and illusions that many false teachers and social media offer, sometimes it's easy to get lost in what it actually means "to be spiritual".
Ultimately, becoming spiritual is about remembrance. Remembering where we come from. It's not about performance, nor about being perfect, it's not about being 'angelic', on the contrary - being spiritual is all about embracing our humanity, it's about remembering you are the awareness behind the human, and you came here to experience physical life in alignment with the divine nature of self.
How self-aware you are of where you are on your own journey will depend on how much you've removed the illusions, the stories and the denial of your ego. As we walk the path of divine alignment we desire to connect to life, to ourselves and to others on a deeper and more meaningful level. It is important to recognize the desire of our ego from the desire of our sovereign soul, otherwise the ego takes the lead, and we end up, yet again, in situations and connections that bring nothing but karmic lessons. So, lets remember today what it means to awaken, and how to recognize the divine energy in ourselves and in another. Remember, it's not about perfection or judgement, it's about recognizing where you (and others) are moving towards, at their own pace and as per their own individual journey.

When you awaken and walk the path of divine alignment ....

The heart softens ~ as the boundaries strengthen
​
You become vulnerable, you open your heart to receive love and blessings from Source. The heart releases grief, anger, heartbreak, judgement, bitterness or envy. It connects to the frequency of unconditional love, remaining open to all connections, people and experiences, trusting it has enough strength and wisdom to overcome potential disappointments. It does not need defensive wall. When you awaken, you don't say NO to love, connections, vulnerability - you trust yourself enough to always courageously give it another try. And as your heart softens, your boundaries strengthen, because boundaries are a natural and effortless biproduct of self love. Spiritual people have no issue with saying 'no' with no guilt or shame. Saying 'no' to things that are not in alignment, and are not of highest vibration. They have no issue with drawing the line and letting go of what doesn't serve their greatest good, even if sometimes it will bring challenging emotions. There is no place for people pleasing in an open, self loving heart.

remember, there is nothing wrong in feeling your emotions, you are in your right to welcome grief, envy or anger, however you welcome those emotions and allow them flow through you, so you can learn, let go & grow - you don't allow them to make themselves at home in your heart. ​

The consciousness expands ~ as the external world shrinks
​
More inner work you do, more you connect to the wholeness of the universe. Your spirit-self expands, whilst your human-self (ego) shrinks. Your internal world becomes richer and wider, while the physical world shrinks: less friends, less distractions, less agenda items, less events - the connections become deeper, the actions become more intentional. You are now connected to the meaning of life, therefore shallow bonds and activities that only please the ego stop making sense. You choose what serves your expansion - no more performance, no more seeking validation, no more feeding the ego, no more carrying about what others think and how others define your value.

The life simplifies & regulates ~ as the drama and distractions dissolve
​
Simple things start to matter most. Your energy and time now goes to small daily tasks such as meal preparation or morning routine. You love life for what it is. You love your body, so you want to make it feel good & safe. You protect your peace. Every day is a blessing, so you wake up early and with joy, you seek bliss and nourishment for body and soul. There is a lot of silence, solitude, void, slow pace. You want to satisfy your eternal soul, not your human ego. You adjust your lifestyle as your consciousness expands, and so the more it expands, the less you are interested in noise of modern world, gossip, life or other people, events, parties, trends, or external validation and attention. Simple private life is what you seek.

remember, simple and humble life should never impose any limitations to your dreams. once you recognize the frequency of your own soul, and you learn to differentiate between desire of ego and desire of soul, the world is your oyster. You can dream big, explore the world, surround yourself with luxurious items, live a fascinating life. Abundance and joy is your birthright, and the fire & passion in your soul will lead the way.

The pain and remorse are gone ~ as life lessons are learned and integrated
​
Spiritual people accept life for what it is, and that includes every experience. They don't ask questions like: why is this happening to me, why life is unfair to me (or others)? Spiritual people understand everything happens for a reason, and everything in fact, is neutral. Each experience carries a valuable lesson, and we attract them through our own frequency, or our soul's contracts. We cannot waste time, if we see beyond our ego. Whatever harm happens to you, you have the capacity to learn, forgive and let go fully. Awakened people know how to alchemize pain into love & expansion.

The introspection & accountability ~ replace projection and blame
​
You will never hear a spiritual and awakened person shift blame for their misery, drama, failure or lack of peace and happiness onto another person. As you do profound inner work, with full accountability for your actions, and understanding the law of attraction, you become perfectly capable of taking accountability for your choices, even the subconscious ones build on automated program, that you may not yet fully understand just yet. You pray for self understanding and learning, not for vengeance, justice or karma for others. So, as hard as it may be to hear - spiritual people don't say 'my ex is a bad person, and they ruined my life or my children's life', spiritual person asks themselves, what frequency within me attracted this person and the lesson they carried, and how can I learn to close this contract for this, and any other lifetimes.

Every lifestyle choice aligns ~ to reflect relationship with life & self
​
With self work comes consciousness expansion, and with that comes understanding how everything is interconnected. Every little choice you make matters: small daily choices, products you use, foods you consume, music you listen to, books you read, movies you watch, people you spend time with and share energy with, places you surround yourself with, thoughts you choose to entertain and follow. You become intentional. You understand the chain reaction, and the law of cause & effect. You are an energetic being in this physical world, every single place, person, thought or item influences your existence. So as you awaken and develop loving relationship with life and with self, you start to choose accordingly. You are selective to maintain proper hygiene of your physical body, energy body and aura.

The connection to nature deepens ~ as the egoistic needs are revealed
​
We are not separate from nature. As humans, we were not given dominium over earth, nature and animals to exploit, abuse, create comfort for ourselves, in fact, to be given dominium over something it means to bear responsibility to protect it and provide for it - as the one who was given more (not as the one who is superior). We are one with nature. Truly spiritual person understands that. As they heal and awaken they allow this frequency to be reflected in their daily choices. They don't want to cause harm to other people, animals or nature. They protect and preserve. They start to live more and more in synchrony with nature and its rhythms, with the seasons. They appreciate the offerings of mother nature, they listen to it's guidance - that is also how the body connects deeper to mother earth and her wisdom. On highest levels of alignment (Christ Consciousness) we don't use or consume animal products, we are conscious of where what we eat / wear / use comes from, and if there was any suffering involved in the process of its creation. We are able to shift our awareness into another - whether it's a person, animal or an object, and connect on a profound compassionate level to all creation. We desire to create not consume, we accept with gratitude, not exploit.

remember, again - it's not about shaming yourself or becoming perfect in a day, it's about accountability, collective responsibility, trying harder every day, putting as much effort as you can in preserving and protecting. Life isn't about what is 'easy' or what is 'better' for you, the self should be a priority, but only until it causes no harm to others.

Spiritual people understand that our physical bodies are sacred temples where we can meet the divine. They understand that there is no 'right' way your body should look like or feel. In order to live a high frequency and aligned life, your physical body must purify first, and raise its frequency. This is why spiritual people practice soul - body connection, they surrender to the voice of the body allowing it to communicate its needs, so they can be met and fulfilled without shame - need to eat, rest, sleep, stretch, feel pleasure, move, connect, love, etc.
Spiritual people never shame their bodies, they understand they are temples of God. They don't force the body to be smaller or bigger, to look younger or more 'relevant', they don't subject the body to painful or invasive procedures to change it. They listen. Listen to the needs of the body without judgement, they nourish it every day, and most of all, they trust it's wisdom. The relationship you have with your body (and the self overall) will always be reflected in relationships with others.

remember, looking at your body from soul level, doesn't mean that you shouldn't wish to feel good and look good. Adorning our bodies is a beautiful and ancient way to express your love for life, self and our Creator. There is nothing wrong in high quality beautiful clothes, jewelry, make up, developing your own personal style that becomes the tool for self expression. There is nothing wrong in treating your body with massages, baths or beauty treatments. If you struggle to see the difference ask yourself this: do I want to do it because the act of doing it is pleasurable, brings me joy, regardless of anyone witnessing it or watching - or do I want to do it because I want to make my body look different so that others can see and approve (it's younger, slimmer, more luxurious). Is my desire a response to the voice of need coming from my body, or is my desire a response to the voice of ego, subjected to patriarchal and societal norms? Is this bringing my body nourishment, rest, comfort and safety, or is this pushing my body to be something that it is not, in contrary to its own truth.
